This policy explains what Waterloo Drywalling collects when you ask for drywall help in Waterloo, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What we keep

Whatever you choose to send us. For a drywall request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Where it goes

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one drywall contractor who handles Waterloo requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

Keeping and deleting

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@waterloodrywalling.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
